Nowadays it's very difficult to find someone with the right mind setting, who is passionate enough to fully give their best to have a better outcome. To be passionate enough in order to be effective and efficient.

As a General Virtual Assistant, being Passionate in every projects that I will do is my main ingredient. I always make sure that I love what I'm doing, I always make sure to give a high quality output as possible and to exhibit a can-do attitude when given a task. I can work independently and even work/cooperate with a team.

I've been a Customer Service Representative for almost 7 months and my tasks are to answer inbound calls, placing an order, checking the status of the order, tracking, making outbound calls like calling the courier and the delivery department if the delivery schedule is already past due date and calling the installation department to schedule the installment of the item.

​

Furthermore, I also worked as a Customer Assistant for almost 2 years and my tasks are Leads Generation, Basic Health Education, Data Entry, Email/Chat Marketing, Appointment Setter and Calendar Management.
